Austin was prompt, thorogh and professional. He listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions. He checked the entire system not just the outside unit.
He discover the problem and offered several solution options. Once I selected one, he went to work to fix it. He explained all the details of the bill and generously offered me the appropriate discounts. Austin is a keeper!!
I shared with him that going forward, Austin and Emerald are my go to team!!
I will be sharing this story with anyone who will listen to this old man!!!
