We had a boiler not installed by Emerald, but they came out super quick and were able to diagnose the issue, our circut board needed to be replaced. they quickly came back out for the install.
The unit seemed to be working, but by the next day it wasn't getting as hot as it usually did. I contacted Darren who dispatched another tech who got us up and running at no additional charge. It was amazing the level of service, information about our tech coming out including a picture to be able to identify them with.

I am very satisfied with emerald heating and cooling. They are reliable, their employees are good trouble shooters and have always been able to find solutions to my furnace/ ac units weird issues. They do not try to over sell etc. I became a lucky duck member because they are so reliable.
