We set up an appointment to see if they could service a mini split unit that was giving an error code on the house we bought in September. Unfortunately the unit isn't in great shape. They were straightforward about it and we appreciate that. Showed up on time and were pleasant to interact with. We're not in the position to buy a new forced air unit at this time so we said thanks!
