My mother in law has a boiler system that was on the fritz. We called late on a Thursday to see how quickly Emerald could get out to service it. They put us on the Friday cancellation list but we could get scheduled promptly on Monday morning. She was very happy with the service. The communication from the company was excellent. They repaired the item that needed fixin and checked over the system and gave it a clean bill of health. She is happy and is back in business with hot water.

I am very satisfied with emerald heating and cooling. They are reliable, their employees are good trouble shooters and have always been able to find solutions to my furnace/ ac units weird issues. They do not try to over sell etc. I became a lucky duck member because they are so reliable.

Scheduling, Billing, installers, supervisors, and techs were involved and communicated directly with me to solve multiple issues this week. A billing issue was resolved in one minute. A supervisor was on site within minutes of a pressure issue. Emerald truly has consistent, exceptional service. Feeling like a Lucky Duck to have them on my side. Thank you guys !
