It was difficult trying to call on a Sunday but I finally got a appointment early Monday morning the technician was on time very efficient with a great personality

I called up on a Monday and set up service for the next day. They called me on the same day to get me serviced. Unfortunately I was not available. They came back the next day and the tech Blake was very honest. He didn't seem like he was trying to over sell me on service I didn't need. He found the issue and he fixed it! Super fast and honest. I would recommend to anyone.
Had a mini split installed, the guys were efficient, very courteous and neat. Virtually no mess during install and zero mess afterwards. Would recommend Emerald to anyone.

Hands down Amazing. We have used Emerald for years. They always show up and are always professional everytime. It started with Alex who came to service our very old machine. Then on his recommendation, which we knew was coming, Justine came out for the estimate. She was personable and extremely knowledgeable. She taught me a few things I didn't know on how to make a machine run well and last longer. She answeredall of our questions. We got our new ac/furnace installed on Friday, 7/30/21. They were on time, professional, answered all of my questions and concerns. The installers, Robert and Doug, were just AWESOME!!!! They made sure to run all the piping neatly and out of the way in our laundry room as it is a very small room. They made sure it looked good as well. Everything was neat and tidied up when they finished as well. It was almost like they were never even here. Robert showed us everything they did when they finished. Before he left, he made sure we were satisfied and he asked us if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Emerald for anything you need. Thanks Emerald 😊
